Middle Management

HOW TO PLAY: Move your drone with WASD. Press space to pick up a human worker. Hover over a human when they are expressing dialogue to sedate them with your mind control ray automatically. If you keep the humans close together, you can sedate more than one at a time, but if one starts to riot all nearby workers will also riot!  Any feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks for playing the game :)

With your career hanging in the balance, High Command has commissioned you with maintaining control over Human Colony #K789.  Can you squeeze enough biofuel from your unwilling workers to save your career? Or will humanity spiral out of your control?

Middle Management is a top down action game where you control an alien mind control drone. Keep the humans slaves blissfully ignorant in their harvesting to collect biofuel and purchase upgrades, or suffer the revolutionary and explosive consequences of a fully awakened human colony.  Balance purchasing upgrades and trying to reach your target fuel count before your drone is overwhelmed in a roguelike style progression.

Featuring dozens of unique dialogues and one very deadly variety of grenade.
